This sweet, resilient girl has had a tough start but brings so much warmth and love to everyone she meets. Daisy is wonderful with people, including kids, and has a calm, gentle nature.
With her foster family, Daisy loved exploring the farm, happily running from one gopher hole to the next. She’s also a natural truck dog who’s at home in both the front and back seats—just give her some water, treats, and good company, and she’ll stay by your side all day. While she’s still warming up to farm animals, she’s shown great promise on walks around cattle.
Daisy’s journey has been challenging, coming from a remote community where a frontliner has worked to reduce the struggling dog population. Despite her rough past, Daisy has been spayed and vaccinated, and her foster family has helped her heal and flourish. She’s best with non-dominant female dogs or friendly males, though she isn’t cat-friendly.
